Shortlisted Bids

If you are successfully shortlisted for a property, the status of your bid will be changed to reflect this. When you log into your account you will also be able to see your position within the shortlist.

Landlords will work through the shortlist starting with the applicant with the highest priority or need. If the landlord is unable to contact an applicant or an applicant refuses the property, the landlord will move on to the next eligible applicant.
