Properties will appear on the website and be available for bidding from 12.01 on Thursday morning to 23:59 on the following Monday.

The adverts will include information such as:

• Who is the landlord of the property.
• The location of the property.
• The size of the home (number of bedrooms)
• Pet allowances
• Rent amounts and frequency.

The advert will also inform you if there are conditions that you must meet to bid for the property.

An example of this might be a minimum age requirement or a local connection to the area.
