Priority for Housing (Band breakdown)

Your priority on the scheme when you bid for properties is determined by your band and registration date. All applications will be placed into one of the following four bands:

• Priority/Emergency Band
• Gold Band
• Silver Band
• Bronze Band

Your allocation to one of the four priority bands is determined upon the information you have supplied regarding your circumstances. Full details of the priority bands are set out in the Allocations Policy.
