Low Cost Home Ownership

Help to Buy is the name for a range of low cost home ownership products backed by the Government.  They have been developed to make home ownership more affordable and help you get a foot on the property ladder.

You may be eligible if you have a household income below £60,000, and cannot purchase a suitable home without assistance.

Particular priority is given to existing Housing Association tenants and MOD personnel.
